About the event
Community Care Durham (CCD) is a multi-service registered charitable organization providing a broad range of support services for individuals over the age of 16 and their caregivers. Please consider joining our team of volunteers as we continue in our mission of “Supporting People, Strengthening Community.”
Without the commitment and dedication of volunteers, Community Care Durham (CCD) would not be able to provide our clients with the broad range of services and supports that enable them to live safely at home. Volunteers make a difference, whether it is a few hours a week or a few hours a month.
Community Care Durham offers many different volunteer opportunities including:
COPE Mental Health Program:
Assist with group facilitation and social recreation in supporting clients with emotional and/or mental health concerns.
Community Champion - KMs for CCD:
Assist the Fundraising Team with the upcoming KMs for CCD event.
