About the event
After years of limited social activity, let’s reconnect.
The Township, in partnership with the Age Friendly Committee, is hosting a Seniors Information Fair on Saturday, March 25th from 10:00a.m. to 4:00p.m. at the Uxbridge Arena in the Community Hall.
This fair is an opportunity for seniors to engage with a dynamic array of business, organizations and service clubs operating in Uxbridge and is free for both exhibitors and attendees.
In addition, three 45-minute presentations and follow-up discussions will take place throughout the day. These sessions will provide important information to seniors on topics such as fraud/scam prevention, brain health and falls prevention. These presentations will be held at 11:00a.m., 1:00p.m., and 3:00p.m.
Exhibitors wishing to attend this event to promote their business or service can book a space by contacting jnoble@uxbridge.ca. Deadline to request a spot is March 10th, 2023. Spots are limited and allotted on a first come, first served basis.
